This website is run by Mikela Sakota and Ella Mae Durrans Cremona, as part of their Higher Achievers project. We decided to do this project because we both love baking and decided to use gluten-free recipes since one of us is gluten intolerant.

All of these recipes are gluten-free. A gluten-free diet is an eating plan that excludes foods containing gluten. Gluten is a protein found in wheat, barley, rye, and triticale (a cross between wheat and rye). Therefore we used gluten-free flour. A gluten-free diet is also popular among people who haven’t been diagnosed with a gluten-related medical condition. The claimed benefits of the diet are improved health and increased energy.
